  1. on this video when you service you step forward with your left foot , then u hit the ball. On you fast serve video your feet are stationery(one foot out in front and other back) and you rock back , and then forward. I’m confused which one I should use. I’ve been playing now for about 8 weeks Thanks Gary

      Stepping forward can help people transfer weight from the back to the front which is what you want. Use whatever is best for you. Just make sure you’re transferring your weight from the back foot to the front foot.
