Today we have a few topics in mind for you. First, we talk about how I’m super confused about paddle weights and how they work. I thought I understood it, but perhaps I don’t entirely! We also get into some discussions about physical fitness and about how Jana and I need to hit the gym soon! From there we talk about injuries then we get into the ever-exciting topic of line calls!   1. I started Pickleball about 3 years ago at age 65. I was frequently falling on the court when trying to get to the ball. Early on someone suggested Yoga and I have been faithfully attending yoga classes a couple times a week. The difference in my balance and core strength have been remarkable. I highly recommended!
