Today we have a few topics in mind for you. First, we talk about how I’m super confused about paddle weights and how they work. I thought I understood it, but perhaps I don’t entirely! We also get into some discussions about physical fitness and about how Jana and I need to hit the gym soon! From there we talk about injuries then we get into the ever-exciting topic of line calls!   1. If the ball bounces over the kitchen and lands in the court and you hit it on the bounces behind the kitchen and after you hit the ball your momentum cares you in the kitchen, is it legal ? No ball was volleyed.

  2. I started Pickleball about 3 years ago at age 65. I was frequently falling on the court when trying to get to the ball. Early on someone suggested Yoga and I have been faithfully attending yoga classes a couple times a week. The difference in my balance and core strength have been remarkable. I highly recommended!
