Another of your great videos. I’ve learned a great deal from this and others. It clarifies without you saying it, that the ball does not have to go over the net. It might also be worth clarifying that you can’t step in the kitchen on the way to the sideline. I’ve seen players jump over the corner of the kitchen to avoid stepping in.
Also found the video on beating bangers and loose grip helpful. Some slo-mo video pieces would help if possible. Thanks!

Thank you, I’m glad it’s useful! On an ATP shot like this, you can run through the kitchen just fine. You’re thinking about the Erne.
I hit my first ATP a week ago to win the match 11-9! It was thrilling! This is a great video that really helps me see how often this shot is available.
Thank you!
The new site looks great! I’m a huge fan of all of your content and I look forward to every new week to hear your awesome podcast which I find enlightening from both a spiritual and game improvement standpoint. You and Jana are the best. Keep up the good work!
P.S. I’m also a huge tennis fan and have played my entire life. You and Ian Westermann of Essential Tennis should join forces and take over the world! You guys are in a league of your own for brilliant content, professionalism, and integrity.

Wow, thank you so much, Ron! I’m glad you’re getting use out of the content.
I think I’ve seen a few of his videos. They are great! There are so many great things that each sport can learn from each other.
